Shipping & Returns

After placing an order, how long does the product take to be dispatched?
The product will be dispatched within 0-4 business days from the time of placing the order.
Unfortunately, we are not Amazon and do not have 10 warehouses in every metro city. We will try to dispatch your goods as soon as possible, and sometimes it will happen sooner than others.
Shipping is dependent on delivery location. Once we hand it over to the shipping partner, you will receive the tracking number on the provided phone number and address.

Please send us an e-mail at admin@spliffpolitics.com. You will have to notify us within 7 days of placing the order. If, however, the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the process of shipping/manufacturing them has been initiated, the cancellation may or may not be entertained on a case-by-case basis.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items OR a product that is different from the product ordered, please report the same to our Customer Service team at admin@spliffpolitics.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. Upon approval of the refund, the customer service team will contact you via the provided e-mail address and/or phone number. After confirming the mode of refund payment, the refund will be processed within 9-15 working days.

How do your product sizes work?
We have a sizing chart on the same page as every product to eliminate any sort of sizing confusion.
We use digital printing, and the prints are of very high quality. They are not the kind of tacky prints that stick out of the fabric.
The cotton we use is all pre-shrunk, and we can guarantee that there will be no colour bleeding upon washing.
Yes. Our prints will not be damaged by the use of an iron.
